We directly employ all our bespoke carers

Victory SocialCare directly employs all the bespoke staff.  All of our bespoke carers have passed a thorough screening and interview process. We insist on a minimum of two references and complete a Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) check and an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check.  All of our bespoke carers have previous caring experience. We only employ bespoke staff who we would trust to support for a member of our own family.

Professional Bespoke Service – Personalised Care Plan

Each client is provided with a personalised care plan based on the information gathered during a care consultation. The care plan sets out the daily activities, routine and preferences to be followed by the bespoke carer. The care plan is flexible and regular changes can be made. Any medication is recorded on a separate medication chart and must be signed for by the bespoke carer each time and medication is prompted.

Matching the carer and client

We take time during the care consultation to get to know the client including their hobbies and interests, as we understand the importance of companionship within a bespoke setting. We pride ourselves on matching clients and bespoke carer with complementary personalities.
