Living In

Our bespoke service is an ideal solution for anyone who wants to remain independent in their familiar abode and receives one-to-one full time support.

The bespoke support carer lives in the client’s home and follows a bespoke care plan tailored specifically for the individual. This takes into account the client’s needs, routine, preferences and favourite activities. Our bespoke support carers are able to support a wide range of adults including the elderly and frail, those with physical disabilities, people with hearing or eyesight difficulties, adults with mental-health problems, learning disabilities, dementia or those with a terminal illness.

The types of tasks that a bespoke support carer is able to support with include:

  • Home help, companionship and support such as shopping and trips out, meal preparation, light housekeeping and errands, participation in hobbies, and crafts activities.
  • Personal care such as assistance with bathing and dressing, eating, prompting or administering medication, assistance with mobility, toileting and incontinence.
It enables the client to continue living at home with the confidence of backup support when it is needed.
