Living In
Our bespoke service is an ideal solution for anyone who wants to remain independent in their familiar abode and receives one-to-one full time support.
The bespoke support carer lives in the client’s home and follows a bespoke care plan tailored specifically for the individual. This takes into account the client’s needs, routine, preferences and favourite activities. Our bespoke support carers are able to support a wide range of adults including the elderly and frail, those with physical disabilities, people with hearing or eyesight difficulties, adults with mental-health problems, learning disabilities, dementia or those with a terminal illness.
The types of tasks that a bespoke support carer is able to support with include:
- Home help, companionship and support such as shopping and trips out, meal preparation, light housekeeping and errands, participation in hobbies, and crafts activities.
- Personal care such as assistance with bathing and dressing, eating, prompting or administering medication, assistance with mobility, toileting and incontinence.
