Who We Support?
Victory Social Care supports a wide range of adults from 18 years old to over 100 years young. We help those with physical disabilities, people with hearing and eyesight difficulties, adults with mental health problems, learning disabilities and those that are simply frail through old age.
Our Bespoke Support service is especially geared towards those that require a little support at different times of the day to remain in the comfort of their own abode rather than move into residential care or a controlled environment. We are able to provide support (including specialist care) to those with particular conditions including:
- Learning difficulties
- Physical impairment
- Mental health issues
- Socially excluded
- Dementia, Learning difficulties, Mental Health issues
- Multiple sclerosis, or Physical impairments
- those with a terminal illness
This can be provided in the comfort of your own home with the precise level/amount of support being set out in the personalised care support plan.
Many of our clients suffer from short term memory loss and require the safety and security of a Bespoke Support Worker. Without a bespoke carer there is a likelihood that they put themselves at risk and become socially excluded.
