Dr Mariam Hall – Managing Director

Overall responsibility for company strategy and management. Mariam handles legal, corporate and business systems management and business development, training and marketing. She also has responsibilities for all fully managed clients. She works very closely with both clients and Support carers before and after assignments. A highly qualified and experienced Social Worker / Support Worker with a proven track record in the successful management and support of clients in challenging and difficult circumstances and environments. Highly organised and extremely pro-active, a good listener who is pragmatic and caring. A professional who thrives on a challenge and enjoys the satisfaction gained from truly making a difference to people’s lives. She enjoys the opportunity to  motivate, support, encourage and develop.

 

 

Valerie Rendall – Director of Support Care services

With Mariam, jointly responsible for formulating company strategy and policy. Val has full company responsibilities in the absence of Mariam. Care Support services planning, development and management, including activities. Liaison with new and existing clients.

 

 

 

 

 

Hayden Robb – Director of Support Care Manager

Works closely within the care management team. Hayden is responsible for clients/support carer’s liaison, day to day operations – forecasting, scheduling and planning, training and development as well as recruitment and selection of support carers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Karon Simpson – Services Co–ordinator

Responsibilities include planning assignments, maintaining continuity of care, supervising carers and ensuring clients/carers relationship run smoothly and efficiently. Karon works closely with the directors to maintain consistency. Karon is also responsible for new and existing client assessment, home visits to ensure development and management of the most appropriate individual care plans. Liaison with other agencies and support network such as NHS and social services is also part of her role.  She is dedicated to maintaining the best quality care for Victory SocialCare clients.

 

 

 

Beatrice Smith – Administrator

Assist in the formulation and implementation of policies and procedures, assist the implementation and maintenance of the standards required by legislation related to the registration of The Agency. Main responsibilities to assist the development of the philosophy, goal and objectives for the administrative and financial practice. Encourage a model of self-care and service User rehabilitation and overall management of human resources –

  • Support the implementation of The Agency’s policies and procedures
  • Support the effective resolution of team conflicts
  • Support a work atmosphere which promotes a high quality of work life
  • Support and maintain a culture of performance and excellence.
